• Fees for services are communicated in advance and confirmed through the engagement letter.
• Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice, and full payment is required according to the terms specified therein.
• Late payments may incur interest or penalties as outlined in the engagement letter, subject to any limited conditions specified therein.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of professional services rendered by Eric Smith CPA, no refunds will be issued once services have been provided.
• Clients are encouraged to review the engagement letter carefully before engaging services to ensure they understand the terms and scope of work.
• If a client has concerns or disputes regarding services, these must be addressed directly with Eric Smith CPA for resolution.
• No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are provided with the services.

• Clients agree to notify Eric Smith CPA in writing within [10] days of discovering any issue with services rendered.
• All disputes will be reviewed and addressed in good faith. However, refunds will not be issued, as all services are performed based on professional standards and due diligence.
• If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with applicable state laws, and to the fullest extent of the law.

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. The information contained in the termination notice does not absolve the client of their obligation to pay for services already performed or costs incurred up to the date of termination.

Eric Smith CPA is committed to delivering professional and high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses arising from client-provided incorrect or incomplete information.
• Legal or financial outcomes resulting from decisions based on our work product.
• The fitness of the services for any particular purpose.

• Client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Eric Smith CPA implements data protection measures to safeguard your information. However, we are not responsible for breaches beyond our control (e.g., third-party cyberattacks).
• Client information and intellectual property rights are protected, and all content is copyrighted and may not be used without permission. We are committed to enforcing these rights rigorously and highlight the potential legal consequences for violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Houston, Texas.

The use of service marks is protected under the governing law.
